OEM BDM:
Focus was on the Food and Beverage industry and the Oil and Gas industry. Working strategically with OEMs to convert to the Regal Rexnord brand of Gearing and Motors. Identifying Oppurtunites that would create a reoccurring flow business of $1 Million a year or greater. These OEM would require a continuous forecasting of manufacturing and delivery schedule s that would correspond with their production schedules. Meeting these targets was key to winning the business and creating a deeper relationship with the Customer.
Airport Baggage Handling Manager:
Building a new product line that would allow Regal Rexnord to enter the very competitive arena of contracted airport improvements. These contracts were multiyear phased projects that would yield multiple million-dollar flow business. I also was privileged to be in the Airport Improvement Magazine as a key contributor to articles about electrification and power efficiencies. During this time, I was also part of the Orion Project to bring direct drive axial flux Technolgies to the airport industry. This technology would reduce the carbon footprint of conveyor systems by 75%. This was also a project that was present to Amazon as a path to carbon neutral facilities.
Automated Solutions:
The newly formed Automated Solution division was a combination of Arrowhead Conveyor, Busse SJI, and MOD-Sort. Focused on the food and beverage, High Speed Canning, Palletizers and De-Palletizers. Turnkey Systems built to spec for all types of industries from intralogistics to food processing. The combination of the team was a challenge, process was a major undertaking.
Accomplishments:
· Exceeded Sales Goals by 35% each year, meeting all KPIs for business development of US and South American Sales Teams for Oils and Gas Production, Airport Baggage Systems, Agriculture and OEMs for Food and Beverage Systems.
· Led the Automated Solutions BU - Securing $7.3 million in new revenue within 12 months.
· Forged strong company relationships from C Suite to Users – NOV, Schlumberger, Shell, GM, Tesla, Kellogg, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, Campbell's, Frito Lay, Amazon, Flex, Siemens, Dennis Group, Design Group, Duravant, USPS, FedEx, UPS for $22.5 million in ARR.
· Revamped the CRM sales process to enhance efficiency a success matrix management.
· Marketing for new products with subsequent GTM strategies for Axial Flux NPD producing $2.5 million ARR
· Diverse Experience: Food and Beverage, Material Handling, Technology, Contract Manufacturing, Automotive OEMS
· Leader of the Airport Initiative that led to a $5.5 million award for new product line and design.
· Led the product design team for the Orion project (patent pending), generating $12 million in new opportunities.
· CRM Manager implemented new sales tracking process and management system.
· Spearheaded the development of the Contract Manufacturing Tracking and Production System.
