Director Wi-Advisor Business Development

Leader in expanding market share through locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Locate new business opportunities by contacting potential customers, understanding individual needs, and proposing solutions. Screen prospective business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, risk, and potential. Enhance negotiation strategies and positions by studying integration of company software with client tactics and operations. Evaluate, develop, and execute growth orientated plans for aligned territories. Create an environment to foster business development opportunities with single dealerships and Automotive Dealership Groups. Work closely with Fixed Operations Managers, General Managers and Owners to support and grow current service customer base through improved customer experience. Work within individual dealerships and multiple location dealership groups daily to improve operational production and maximize transactions while improving customer retention. Maintain territory plans and dealership focus for 13 ASM reports. Worked to train and focus ASM and support team on launches and upscale product. Grow support team from 3 to 9 customer support agents to provide better service.

Incisent Labs 2012-2013

Business Development Manager

Primary focus is to cold call all dealers and groups in assigned territory and present FirstLook and MAX Systems. Train dealers on how First look uses deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding to market online, sell, communicate with customers and manage their inventory. The automotive retail industry, has been slower to adopt the sophisticated data-driven decision-making and online-marketing practices, through demos both in person and online, sell the advantages of this program. Show how expert data and marketing drives traffic, turns inventory more quickly and increase margins. Demonstrate how data and algorithms can provide customer focused advertising promoting sells. Providing the Dealer with customer driven marketing data, key words and inventory sells information to allow for better market focused pricing. 


Accomplishments:

  • Working with over 100 large new and used Dealership over a 26-state area. 
  • Exceeded quotas and grew the territory by 20% Annually. 
  • Closed Multi-location dealer groups, regional divisions and worked with Autonation Dealer Group on a potential national agreement. 
  • Closed 74 contracts in 24 months.
